How do we book a charter?
To book a charter, click on the "Book Now" tab located on the rates and contact information page.
Are your prices per person or per trip?
Our rates cover up to 6 guests, bottled water, ice, bait, tackle, fishing license and fuel.
Do you have an age requirement?
Nope! However, you know your child best. We provide USCG approved life vests from 30lbs to adult.
How do we pay for our
You will receive an invoice the day before your trip for the remaining balance. If paying with a credit card, please pay before arriving to the dock. If paying cash we will take payment before departure. We accept all major credit cards. A 3% processing/convenience fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit for all
What do I need to bring with me for the charter?
We recommend you bring the following personal items: Sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing, a hat, towel, polarized sunglasses, and food and drinks. Please keep all food and drinks loosely packed, no coolers. We will transfer it into a large cooler on the boat.
Does your boat have a bathroom?
Yep! We have an enclosed marine head (restroom).
Is your boat handicap accessible?
Yes, but please contact us before booking to ensure we can accommodate.
What if we need to cancel?
Only the Captain can cancel the charter and will only do so if sea and weather conditions are deemed unsafe. If you must cancel or reschedule your charter we require a 14 day advance notice, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
Will you clean our fish?
Yes. We can clean, filet and bag your
catch for an additional $100. Please select this add-on to your booking.
Do you troll or bottom fish?
We do both! However, if you prefer one over the other we can accommodate that as well.
What if I get Sea Sick?
If you get seasick or do not know if you get seasick, we recommend taking motion sickness pills
(Meclizine/Bonine) the night before your charter and one hour before arriving at the dock.
Do we need a fishing license?
No, we provide your NC fishing license and
it's included in the price of your trip.
Do I have to tip the Mate?
Our Mate is a very experienced angler with a passion for fishing offshore. His job is to make sure our guest have a safe and enjoyable time aboard our vessel while providing excellent customer service to each of our quest. Our mate works for tips and 15-20% of charter price is industry standard and appreciated for excellent service. Tips for Captains are appreciated but not necessary.
